What do you think these stuff are?
These are called Zinc Anodes. This thing is being welded on the ships's hull(body part of ship emerge on water) to avoid corrosion to occur.
Imagine, if a ship does not have this one, maybe a few months long of voyage around the ocean ships would sink. LOL.
it looks like a gold bar in shape.
